How it Works
Get an email at the beginning of the month. Make your puzzle selection. Puzzles ship out on the 15th of each month!
Your first puzzle will ship the month after your purchase is made. On the 2nd of each month an email will be sent out with the selected puzzle of the month along with 2 alternates to the email address used at checkout. You may respond to the email within 5 days to change your selection from the puzzle of the month to one of the alternates. If you do not respond to the selection email, you will receive the pre-selected puzzle of the month. Please use the email address you wish to receive emails to during your check-out process. Puzzles will be shipped on the 15th of each month.
*If this is a gift for another person, please email puzzlesubscription@buffalogames.com and provide your order number and the email address you would like the monthly selection emails to go to.
Which piece count is best for you?
- 300/500 Pieces: The perfect puzzles for family puzzle night! You can finish these jigsaw puzzles in a weekend or even a single evening if you put your mind to it.
- 750/1000 Pieces: Somewhat challenging but always entertaining. You can finish this classic puzzling experience in a few days to a week.
- 2000 Pieces: Looking for more of a challenge? This piece count is for more advanced puzzlers that are willing to put in more work and time. These puzzles can take several weeks to complete but the payoff is worth it!

We start processing your order when you submit it so we cannot cancel, edit or add products to your order. You can read our cancellation and return policy here.
Q: I’m missing a puzzle piece!
Buffalo Games makes every effort to ensure that all of our products are without defect in workmanship. If you find that you are missing a piece/pieces to your jigsaw puzzle, you can either return the puzzle to the point of purchase or continue to our missing piece form. Simply complete the form here and we will send you a puzzle free of charge from our selection of replacements. At this time we have a limited selection replacement process in place for puzzles, however, we will do our best to offer you a sufficient replacement puzzle. Please note that we are not able to replace missing individual pieces.
Q: My puzzle or game arrived damaged, what do I do?
We apologize for any issues you had with your Buffalo Games product. If you have a damaged jigsaw puzzle, you can either return the puzzle to the point of purchase or use our missing piece form to get a new puzzle. If you are missing a poster, have a problem with one of our games, or some other product defect, please use this form, and we will help you the best we can.
