Q: Where is my order?

Q: Can I cancel or edit my order?
We start processing your order when you submit it so we cannot cancel, edit or add products to your order. You can read our cancellation and return policy here.
Q: I’m missing a puzzle piece!
Buffalo Games makes every effort to ensure that all of our products are without defect in workmanship. If you find that you are missing a piece/pieces to your jigsaw puzzle, you can either return the puzzle to the point of purchase or continue to our missing piece form. Simply complete the form here and we will send you a puzzle free of charge from our selection of replacements. At this time we have a limited selection replacement process in place for puzzles, however, we will do our best to offer you a sufficient replacement puzzle. Please note that we are not able to replace missing individual pieces.
Q: My puzzle or game arrived damaged, what do I do?
We apologize for any issues you had with your Buffalo Games product. If you have a damaged jigsaw puzzle, you can either return the puzzle to the point of purchase or use our missing piece form to get a new puzzle. If you are missing a poster, have a problem with one of our games, or some other product defect, please use this form, and we will help you the best we can.
